Choose "Subset selection" menu

Select the model.star from your 2D or 3D classification job with desired iteration.

Here, it024 was chosen.

Hit "Run" button.

Check "Sort images on rlnClassDistribution" and "Reverse sort?" to sort so that the most populated class comes first.

Hit "Display!" button.

Select desired classes by left click to highlight with red box.

Once you're done, right click within the selected box.

Left Click "Save selected classes".

You will see the following massage in the main window.

Unless you see any error msg or 0 selected particles in this log window, You are all set.

Now you can use this Select job to proceed further.
